After the client introduced our warehouse solution at the end of 2023, it clearly solved their previous problems of insufficient space and material management

They contacted us again at the beginning of 2024 for the introduction of a second vertical warehouse

Since the customer already had our physical equipment in use, they have a clear understanding of the convenience brought by the solution and the corresponding specifications, so the two parties quickly reached a consensus during the communication. Finally, the client decided to upgrade the equipment specifications from a single pallet load of 300 kg to 500 kg

Status before import

The traditional fixed material rack was used in the factory, the fixed storage height could not be adjusted flexibly according to the size of the material, resulting in the effective use of vertical space, thus wasting storage space

Adapted the traditional way to manually control inbound and outbound, so it is easy to lead to the difference of accounting, thus causing management and expenditure problems

The time for personnel to search for materials cannot be accurately controlled, which increases the company's cost invisibly

Heavier parts can only be placed at the lowest level of the traditional shelf, resulting in insufficient flexibility in the use

Status after import

After introducing our storage solution, the use of equipment automatic height measurement and storage distribution function can adjust the shelf spacing according to the height of the material, reduce the waste of storage space of each layer, greatly increase the storage amount. What’s more, the appropriate storage height can be determined according to the height of the plant, making full use of vertical space

Equipped with standard WMS system, the storage system can properly manage the inbound and outbound data, accurately grasp material related information

Workers only need to make a simple outbound request, and the corresponding goods can be accurately assigned on spot, ensuring the concept of “sending the goods to the hands” of Apex Equipment.

The pallet load capacity is sufficient, and the material to be transferred is equipment, so there’s no need to consider whether the material is too heavy to be placed upwards, effectively solving the problem of material storage
