Founded in 1983, Tung Ching’s business is service-oriented, they never forget the original spirit, thus winning the affirmation and recognition of Tsugami Co., LTD in Japan. Starting from being the general agent of Tsugami, they took responsibility of Taiwan's industrial manufacturing, committed to the introduction of the most advanced CNC lathe and high-tech, high-precision CNC processing equipment, and has obtained support of many large machinery factories in Japan.
In 2014, Tung Ching was recognized by Japan Nakamura-Tome Precision Industry Co., LTD. and became its agent in Taiwan. It was also because of contact with the Tung Ching that made Nakamura-Tome understood that CNC lathe can be divided into the ones with tool moving or material moving, which depend on the characteristics of the material to be processed.
Because of its agent characteristics, they’ll need to stock a large number of spare parts, the original use of traditional shelves has caused many problems in material management, so they want to introduce our warehouse solution. At the time of introduction, it was also discussed to connect with the upper system, but considering the need to ask ERP manufacturers to cooperate, the boss of Tung Ching was worried about the extra cost demanded by the supplier, so they preferred to have their admin department prepare all the data, and then import into the equipment in excel form, hoping that the 2F office could set up orders and control the materials. To this extent, an external management system was added, providing the office staff the ability to manage the warehousing function, so that the client can better grasp the flow of materials and spare parts.

The tools are stored in closed automatic storage, easy for management, material protection and conduct factory 6S
There is no height limit when accessing the material, the automatic storage can be extended to the ceiling for maximum space utilization and better appearance
The warehouse is equipped with material location indicating function to help pick materials correctly
Able to do material management through the storage system, with the connection to the system, the material information can be updated in real time. In addition, the office computer can also control the real-time information of materials
