In recent years, in the face of CPC's military threats and grey areas, Taiwan's army has also been doing a good job in response to accelerate the testing and production of various missiles, which has generated the need for storage, so they came to us.

The last time we set our foot in NCSIST was 2 years ago, this time, they need to use our smart storage solution to store the "cutting tools on the processing machine" and manage, the field installation width of the equipment is of 3.5 meters, so the use of height advantages can help to develop upwards,

reaching the ceiling, which is over 5m. The maximum height and width of the storage are fully applied accroding to the environment, and the corresponding pallet is more than 3 meters wide! Also due to the large surface of the pallet, the client requires the pallet to be able to bear 950kg.

The infrared indicator light and LED display allow users to get the right material faster and more accurately.

The storage also combines the domestic cutting tool system, and for different operators, several access levels are set, so that the client can operate the storage system easier and quicker.

Status before import

Use traditional rack to access the cutting tools, there are storage shelves and cabinets of various size on site

Traditional iron rack occupies large space and is very messy

It was not easy to find the right tool, taking long time to prepare materials for inbound/outbound

Managing tools in open spaces is not easy

The height of the environment wasn’t used properly

Needed to register first on the traditional rack, and then go to the computer to keyin the information

Status after import:

The tools are stored in closed automatic storage, easy for management, material protection and conduct factory 6S

There is no height limit when accessing the material, the automatic storage can be extended to the ceiling for maximum space utilization and better appearance

Smart storage is equipped with material location indicating function, infrared indicator light and LED display screen to help pick materials correctly

Able to do material management through the storage system, with the connection to the system, the material information can be updated in real time

Set access rights to control materials, easy to control

Digitize storage information to facilitate statistical management
