During out first visit, the General Manager Mr. Wu told us that they were integrating plants and equipment, so he wanted to introduce vertical warehousing to save space and strengthen material management. After communication and discussion, the specifications and placement were confirmed, and now the system has been successfully launched to assist them in material storage and management

Status before import

Fixed rack was originally used in the factory, but the height could not be high enough, resulting in the ineffective use of vertical space, thus wasting storage space

Used the traditional way to manually account the material, easy to lead to the differences and thus in management, causing cost problems

Status after import:

After using our system, the use of automatic equipment height measurement and storage distribution function can adjust the spacing among the shelves according to the height of the material stack, reduce the waste of vertical space, greatly increase the storage amount. The appropriate storage height can be choosed according to the height of the plant, make full use of vertical space

Warehousing system is equipped with WMS system, enable proper management and accurate grasp of the storage information of the warehouse, workers only need to make a simple outbound request, and the corresponding goods can be accurately assigned on spot, ensuring the concept of “sending the goods to the hands” of Apex Equipment.
