Status before import

The factory used a traditional fixed material rack, and the height was fixed, and could not be adjusted flexibly according to the size of the material, resulting in the vertical space can not be effectively used and waste of storage space

Adapted the traditional way to manually control inbound and outbound, so it was easy to lead to the difference of accounting, thus causing management and expenditure problems

The time for personnel to search for materials cannot be accurately controlled, which increases the company's cost invisibly

Status after import

After introducing our storage solution, the use of equipment automatic height measurement and storage distribution function can adjust the shelf spacing according to the height of the material, reduce the waste of storage space of each layer, greatly increase the storage amount. What’s more, the appropriate storage height can be determined according to the height of the plant, making full use of vertical space

Equipped with standard WMS system, the storage system can properly manage the inbound and outbound data, accurately grasp material related information

With the WMS system, workers only need to make a simple outbound request, and the corresponding goods can be accurately assigned on spot, ensuring the concept of “sending the goods to the hands” of Apex Equipment.
