Status before import

The traditional fixed material rack was used in the factory, the fixed storage height could not be adjusted flexibly according to the size of the material, resulting in the effective use of vertical space, thus wasting storage space

Adapted the traditional way to manually control inbound and outbound, so it is easy to lead to the difference of accounting, thus causing management and expenditure problems

Status after import:

After introducing our storage solution, the use of equipment automatic height measurement and storage distribution function can adjust the shelf spacing according to the height of the material, reduce the waste of storage space of each layer, greatly increase the storage amount. What’s more, the appropriate storage height can be determined according to the height of the plant, making full use of vertical space

Equipped with standard WMS system, the storage system can properly manage the inbound and outbound data, accurately grasp material related information
