 For the stored drugs, their temperature and humidity should be consistent with the outside world, and the site height is 8m.

Status before import

Drugs, documents, raw materials are stored in pallets on heavy shelves, and space utilization was not very effective

Needed to use a stacker for reaching materials that were stored high

Materials were stacked, which takes time to go over and locate the ones needed, which is time-consuming and inefficient

It is difficult to separate and manage small materials on heavy shelves

Status after import

The storage unit is pallet, which can be used for classification

Samples are stored in plastic boxes, which can be separated for management

For looking for materials, workers only need to stand in front of the discharge port, even if the material is placed 7 meters high, there is no need of using the stacker.

Materials can be classified and separated by computer, which helps increase material locating efficiency

Materials are stored in a closed space, free from sunlight and dust
