Status before import

The client needs to design the finished product warehouse for the new factory, and the finished products produced at night needed to be collected manually

The finished product warehouse site is 5 meters tall, traditional shelves will waste vertical space, resulting low space utilization

If the traditional shelf is used, the material management can only be handled with manual assistance

Status after import:

24hr production process, the finished product warehouse is unmanned at night, adding outlet exit both in the front and at the back, and uses back-to-back storage to collect and manage materials

A conveyor belt is set up at the back of the two warehouses, and a manual inlet and outlet is set up in front of the

warehouse. The storage characteristics are used to separate operation of people from devices to ensure the safety of personnel

The packaged FOSB is sent to the rear of the warehouse by conveyor belt, and then the pusher mechanism is connected to allow the FOSB to enter the warehouse and sort smoothly

There is no need to manually identify the material. The system confirms the FOSB storage location through optical identification, then the warehouse automatically pulls the storage unit to connect the conveyor belt

The storage system makes full use of the height of the site, so that the storage space may develop upward and saves horizontal space

There is a warehouse management system within the warehouse, which can digitize material information to facilitate the connection of any digital system and equipment, which also helps field personnel greatly in material management
