Status before import:
1. Traditional shelves were used for storage, and material access information requires manual recording in hand-writing

3. Traditional shelves are open space, materials were hard to control
4. The traditional shelf is subject to the stacker, which limits the stacking height. To increase the storage capacity, it can only be extended horizontally, resulting in waste in vertical space, affecting the production line and planning.
5. The material is heavy, and the demand of the production line is large, the body burden caused by personnel loading and unloading is severe, which is prone to work safety problems
Status after import:
1. After introducing automatic storage, all material information can be recorded and managed through the system, which reduces the problem of accounting discrepancy
2. Assisted by LED subtitle display, no manual judgment is required, which reduces material receiving error
3. The storage adopts a full sealing plate design, and all materials can only be accessed through the material entry and exit with account & password verified through the system, and those with no access right can not retrieve materials
4. The use of automatic storage effectively utilizes vertical space with high density, the maximum floor occupation is less than 3 pyong
5. Uses the automatic clamping mechanism for inbound and outbound and up and down AGV to reduce manual labor
