 Status before import:
1. The original storage method uses traditional shelves, and material control is not easy.
2. There are many product styles, and the storage is messy, which makes it difficult to find materials and reduces work efficiency.
3. The material is small and cannot be controlled reliably, and the object cannot be distinguished by the use authority.
4. Unable to grasp the actual quantity, and the accounts do not match.
5. The height of traditional shelves is limited, and the space above cannot be used reliably, resulting in low utilization rate of plant space.
6. A self-propelled elevator is required for storing and storing higher materials, which not only consumes time, but also increases the risk factor of personnel operations.
7. The traditional shelf has a uniform height, and the materials are often stacked, which increases the space utilization rate.
 
 Status after import:
1. The evaluation uses a large 6-meter smart warehouse, which can put objects into the smart warehouse for management, and the material access information is computerized.
2. It is easier to manage materials, and the materials can be managed separately through the WMS warehouse management system.
3. Personnel account passwords must be entered for operations, which can be used for authority management and can also track the status of materials in real time.
4. The warehouse material information is updated in real time to reduce the inconsistency of the accounting materials.
5. Introduce a 6-meter-high warehouse to maximize the space utilization.
6. The personnel only need to operate at the discharge port, and the materials will be automatically transferred to the discharge port
7. Through the intelligent storage feature, the vertical height is fully utilized, and the materials can also be first-in, first-out, reducing the time to find materials.
